That’s right, it’s the end of another era of the “Where my pitches at?!?” clan.  We ended up taking 7th place in the league this year (a depressing distance from our last season’s 4th place position) and tied for 5th/6th/7th/8th in the playoffs (I actually have no idea how this works since there was no losers bracket and I didn’t keep track of points at all…. we were one of those places though.

In our defense, the league this year was out of control with stacked teams!  Pretty sure there were at least a few dudes (and possibly some females) doing a hard cycle of roids or HGH b/c there were some monsters competing :0 Maybe that’s what the Pitches need next season.

Question of the hour:  will the Pitches return?  The answer is YES! Probably, most likely, eh maybe.  I think there will be another round of fun (this time in the Summer) with the burnt orange crew, but who knows.  Kickball brings out a lot of emotions and I don’t know if we can all put ourselves through that kind of physical/mental punishment again.  If/when we do return, we’re going to be ready (maybe even practice a time or two) and shred some serious CORE (#shredcore). O’Doyle Rules!!!
